FAQ
Here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive about our precision stamping services and capabilities.
Question Answer
1. What is your company's core business?
We are a specialized manufacturer focused on precision stamping die design and production, and the subsequent high-volume manufacturing of metal stamping parts. We serve multiple industries including automotive, electronics, and industrial equipment.
2. What types of stamping dies do you produce?
We primarily engineer and build progressive dies and transfer dies for complex, high-volume parts, as well as single-stage dies for simpler components or prototyping. Our focus is on durability, precision, and maximizing production efficiency.
3. How do you ensure part quality and consistency?
Quality is integrated at every stage. We begin with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis, use precision machining for our dies, and implement strict In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) during production. Final parts are inspected against your specifications using tools like CMMs, calipers, and optical comparators.
4. What materials can you work with?
We have extensive experience processing a wide range of materials, including cold-rolled steel (SPCC, SECC), stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper, and brass. We can advise on the best material choice for your application's cost, strength, and corrosion resistance needs.
5. What is your typical lead time and minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Lead times vary by project complexity. A new stamping die typically takes 6-10 weeks for design, build, and sampling. Production lead times for parts are shorter, depending on volume. We offer flexible MOQs and are happy to discuss both prototyping and mass production requirements.
6. Can you work from our existing designs or samples?
Absolutely. We can seamlessly work from your provided 2D drawings, 3D CAD files (e.g., STEP, IGES), or even a physical sample. Our engineering team will review the design and provide a manufacturability analysis to ensure optimal results.
7. How do we start a project and get a quote?
Getting started is simple. Please contact us via email at [email protected] or call +86 185 7526 7896. For the most accurate quote, kindly share your part drawings, specifications (material, finish, annual volume), and any application details. We will promptly review and provide a detailed proposal.
